1. Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital services (activation codes).

2. No Refund After Activation
Once an activation has been successfully completed, the service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be issued if:

  • you did not receive your activation

  • the activation is not working and cannot be fixed by our support

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • wrong device selected

  • incorrect information provided by the customer

  • activation already used successfully

  • user error

5. Support First
Before requesting a refund, you must contact support.

We will always try to resolve the issue first.
